At Plenaire India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is received, our team will review the images to ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
- 3.Reverse Pickup
Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your registered address at no additional cost to you.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final check, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
